Overview of the Role:
We're excited to offer a full-time role for a Performance and Engagement Specialist in our L&D team, a vital component of our Human Resources department. The L&D team is dedicated to crafting, designing, developing, and delivering transformative learning solutions. Additionally, the L&D team supports Engagement and Performance success for Alignment Heath, focusing on processes, tools, and initiatives that ensure a positive Employee Journey. Our goal is to empower Alignment employees with the skills and competencies required for their current roles, while also providing the tools to drive their career growth and success. Your role as a Performance and Engagement Specialist will play a pivotal part in ensuring our employees receive the utmost support and resources for their professional journey. As the Performance and Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible managing, creating and reporting on organizational engagement surveys, goals, and initiatives. You will partner closely with the Manager, Learning, Performance and Engagement and Human Resources Business Partner team to engage in Alignment Talent in all aspects of Employee Performance.
Responsibilities:
Performance Management
- Assist in the strategic management of content, frameworks, processes, systems, training, and tools that support Performance Management.
- Analyze and monitor performance management data, prepare insights, and support the development of performance management initiatives based on feedback.
- Support HR business partners, business leaders, and employees across the organization in effectively executing Performance Management activities.
- Develop and maintain performance management support resources.
- Support Performance Management functions in Workday.
Employee Engagement
- Support the execution of employee engagement surveys, including pre-survey need-analysis, communications, and HRBP support.
- Provide customer support during surveys and post-survey data management.
- Assist the Manager, Learning, Performance and Engagement and organizational leaders with post-survey action planning efforts through workshops and resources.
- Manage, with the support of the Manager, Learning, Performance and Engagement, the annual Serving Heart Award program.
Required Skills and Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree, but combination of education and work experience will be considered in lieu of degree
- 2-3 years’ experience as an Engagement and Performance Specialist or similar role.
- Experienced facilitator – live and virtual learning environments required.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success in project management.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment.
- Ability to interpret, apply and explain technical requirements, policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong experience working with Workday.
- Experience in Qualtric and/or Peakon.
- Demonstrated proficiency in web development skills including rest api, javascript, html, css, and sql.
- Experience developing advanced reports and dashboards.
Pay range: $75,000 - $95,000
