Position Title: Sr. Sourcing and Recruiting Program Specialist

Overview of the Role:

The Sr. Sourcing and Recruiting Program Specialist will lead and develop recruiting and sourcing programs to deliver exceptional talent across various departments. This position will partner with internal recruiters and stakeholders in developing strong pipelines of qualified candidates for the business hiring cycles and needs. This individual will be the brand ambassador of the organization by promoting, attending career fairs and community outreach to support our DE&I initiatives while supporting a fast-growing company!

Responsibilities:

  • Establish the sourcing program to include developing and implementing the organizational sourcing strategy
  • Understanding of sourcing techniques and philosophies
  • Building pipelines of qualified candidates for immediate and future needs
  • Develop and maintain current recruiting programs
  • Expand staffing resources to decrease time to fill
  • Prepare metrics to allow the recruiters and hiring managers to come to data driven decisions for recruiting
  • Provide market research on hiring within the healthcare industry
  • Track and report on sourcing activities
  • Source candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn recruiter, social media, professional associations, internal ATS, Boolean searches)
  • Collaborate with the recruiters and coordinators with scheduling and logistics
  • Implement and maintain recruiting programs and outreach initiatives to potential candidates
  • Maintain and enhance current Employee Referral Program

Required Skills and Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or a related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8+ years of sourcing and pipeline generation experience
  • Experience networking, planning and attending job events
  • Experience working in recruitment agency or in-house corporate recruiter is highly preferred
  • Experience with Recruiting Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and other search platforms is required.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints
  • Able to resolve a wide range of issues in creative way
  • Strong analytical and business communication skills

 

Annual Salary Range: $100,000-$140,000
