Overview of the Role:

As Sr. Learning Analyst for Alignment, you will be a key member of the Talent Development team, where we are laser focused on designing, developing, and delivering transformative learning solutions to support the success of our employees in their current and future roles. Your role as Sr. Learning Analyst  will be to ensure Alignment employees have an excellent experience as they navigate required training courses, our educational reimbursement program, or any number of other courses available through our Learning Management System (LMS). Your keen attention to detail will be critical as you compile and report on key learning metrics, make updates directly in our LMS, and ensure our employees and partners receive the support and resources they need.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Support and Optimization: Offer specialized support in rolling out and refining learning and performance modules within Workday, ensuring they're effectively integrated and meet our HR goals. Work closely with key stakeholders and to guarantee smooth operation and alignment with our broader objectives. 
  • Training Program Development: Craft and lead practical onboarding programs that bring new hires up to speed quickly and efficiently, setting the foundation for their success and long-term contribution to our team. 
  • Manager Training Series: Develop and execute targeted training sessions for new managers, equipping them with the critical skills needed for leadership and management effectiveness within our organization. Additionally, design a suite of training for existing managers aimed at bolstering their leadership capabilities, complete with comprehensive plans, materials, and strategies for delivery.
  • Advanced Reporting and Analysis: Employ data analytics to closely monitor, analyze, and report on vital training metrics, such as completion rates, ROI, and the impact of our training efforts, to inform future strategies.
  • Learning Experience Design: Collaborate with departments to pinpoint learning needs and tailor experiences and programs that boost engagement, skill development, and performance across the board. 
  • Instructional Design and Methodology: Apply instructional design principles, primarily ADDIE, to develop engaging and effective training materials and courses. Utilize tools such as Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, and/or PowerPoint to create dynamic learning experiences tailored to our organizational needs and learning objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain robust communication with key internal stakeholders to ensure their active involvement and to streamline the execution and follow-up of learning initiatives.
  • Learning Systems Administration: Lead the charge in managing our LMS (e.g., Workday), handling everything from training session coordination to system updates and user queries.
  • Educational Support Program Management: Oversee the tuition reimbursement program from A to Z, providing full support and clear communication to employees who are eligible.
  • Resource Creation: Produce a range of easy-to-use resources for both LMS administrators and users, including instructional videos, step-by-step guides, and FAQs, to help everyone make the most of our learning tools.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience as a Learning Analyst or in similar position
  • Intermediate to advanced experience working with learning management systems
  • Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare data analysis reports
  • Intermediate to advanced experience in instructional design, with a strong understanding of ADDIE principles and proficiency in instructional design tools (e.g., Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, PowerPoint)
  • Superior troubleshooting skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated proficiency in web development skills including rest api, javascript, html, css, and SQL.
  • Experience developing advanced reports and dashboards.

Pay range: $75,000 - $95,000
