Position Summary:

The Project Coordinator will assist the Technology and Experience Office in planning, coordinating, and executing various projects, initiatives, and events to enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, possess strong problem-solving abilities, and have experience in event planning and meeting organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various customer experience initiatives, projects, and events
  • Communicate with stakeholders, including senior leadership, team members, and external partners, to ensure alignment and effective project management
  • Develop project timelines, milestones, and budgets, and monitor progress against them
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project goals and objectives
  • Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and outcomes for various audiences
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new project ideas and approaches
  • Manage project documentation and ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and success
  • Organize events and meetings for the Experience Office or with members, including venue selection, catering, materials preparation, and logistics management
  • Coordinate meetings and manage calendars for the Technology and Experience Office leadership team
  • Provide administrative support to theTechnology and Experience Office leadership team as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by theTechnology and Experience Office leadership team

1.       Minimum Experience:

a.       10+ years related experience.

2.       Education/Licensure:

a.       HS diploma required/ Bachelors or AA degree preferred.

3.       Other:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and members with various needs with sense of urgency and compassion
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and data analysis tools
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Task-oriented with an excellent sense of priority, logic, objectivity and confidentiality.
  • Thrives in fast paced, start-up environment.
  • Demonstrate a significant ability for discretion and confidentiality in the handling of sensitive issues, plus have strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
